The Shadows of Secret
A working stream for ethical security learning, controlled lab research, and authorized defensive assessments.
The Agency of Cyber Intelligence Bangladesh (TACIB) is an independent private cyber intelligence initiative focused on digital safety, responsible research, defensive security, and public education.
TACIB's long-term purpose is to help make the internet safer for ordinary people and organizations by improving understanding of cyber risks and supporting responsible defensive action.
We do not claim government authority, law-enforcement powers, privileged access, or guaranteed outcomes. Our credibility must come from accurate information, clear boundaries, ethical conduct, and useful work.
Cybersecurity services can support the mission, while public education and responsibly produced research help make protection more accessible.
These principles guide what TACIB accepts, how information is handled, and what we will not do.
Active testing requires clear, written authorization and a defined scope. Ownership is never assumed.
Collect and retain only what is needed for the agreed purpose. Do not request passwords, one-time codes, or intimate material.
Distinguish confirmed facts from allegations, avoid unsupported attribution, and correct material errors.
Decline or refer work beyond current capability. Never promise a takedown, recovery, investigation, or remediation result that cannot be controlled.
No doxxing, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, or vigilante action.
Use documented scope, responsible communication, transparent deliverables, and a route for raising concerns.
TACIB's earlier architecture included named wings. We retain these names as workstreams, not as a claim that separate staffed departments currently operate.
A working stream for ethical security learning, controlled lab research, and authorized defensive assessments.
A developing editorial stream for careful cyber reporting, source evaluation, and awareness content.
A developing stream for data-supported research and visual explanations of cyber risks where reliable data is available.
TACIB is: an independent private initiative with a public-safety mission, a focus on ethical cyber intelligence, and an interest in funding public-protection work through responsible security services.
TACIB is not: a government agency, police unit, regulator, emergency-response service, or authority with powers to compel data or investigate crimes.
We aim to build credibility through delivery, not by implying scale, staff, certifications, or partnerships that are not verifiably in place.
