INTELLIGENCE & RESEARCH

Information is only useful when it is responsible.

TACIB's research ambition is to turn public, verifiable information into careful analysis that helps people and organizations understand cyber risk—without amplifying harm or pretending uncertainty is certainty.

OUR APPROACH

Source first.
Claims second.

Cyber intelligence requires more than collecting links. It requires context, verification, careful handling of uncertain information, and clear communication about what the evidence does and does not establish.

Where TACIB publishes original analysis, it should identify the publication date, the scope, the sources used where safe, the confidence level, and meaningful limitations. Corrections should be made visibly when needed.

We will not publish private information, exploit details that create unreasonable risk, or allegations that are not adequately supported.

EDITORIAL STANDARD

How to read a TACIB brief.

These labels are a proposed standard for future TACIB publications—not a claim that a live threat-intelligence service is currently operating.

CONFIRMED

Directly supported

Supported by a primary source or evidence independently reviewed to the extent practical.

REPORTED

Credible external reporting

Attributed to a named source. TACIB's own verification may be limited and that limitation is stated.

ASSESSMENT

Analyst interpretation

A reasoned interpretation separated from established facts and explained with its assumptions.

UNVERIFIED

Not a factual conclusion

Claims that cannot be verified should be labelled clearly or excluded from publication.

PUBLICATIONS

We will publish analysis when it is ready to stand behind.

This site will host original cyber-safety briefs, research notes, and transparent methodology as those materials are developed and reviewed. No invented incident counts, unsupported attribution, or fake live threat feed.
